​​​The recent events in Charlottesville have clearly shown how far this country has gone backwards from the ideals it was founded on!!   Toppling statues of the Confederacy ranks right up there with the Islamic terrorists who have wiped out thousands of historical sites and history simply because it doesn't agree with their ideology!!!


Where does this all end?  Do we remove every trace of Martin Luther King?  Do we destroy Mount Rushmore?  The stupidity of stupid continues in our everyday lives.  Our public schools have down graded our children for decades and we now are faced with emotions taking the place of common sense.


Yes, slavery was a blight on humanity and it should be remembered as such.  Dialoque  needs to replace emotional violence.  Nationalism needs to be rebuilt and the fundamental truths that all men are created equal reestablished.  No one race, religion or ideology is superior to any!!!


America enough is enough.  Where does it end?  Another civil war? History only repeats itself when it isn't learned from!  Statues do not injure people!!  People who follow an emotional flawed ideology do!!!  Whether you are African American, Chinese, Mexican, Caucasian, American Indian, Korean, Muslim, Christian.........WE ALL BLEED RED!!!!


​I am sad to admit my country has turned into one of such stupid violence!  If the group you don't agree with holds a rally,  hold a bigger one away from the one you disagree.  If the White Supremacy group or the KKK had huge following they wouldn't find it necessary to march or rally to get recognition from the media!!!   Wake up Americans!!!


​In the wake of the school shootings and mass shooting in our country one simple premise is being overlooked.  People shoot people guns do not!!!  It takes a person to pull the trigger.  Should anyone who is mentally unstable or who has a history of violence be allowed to own a firearm?? No!!!  Back ground checks should be conducted on anyone who buys a gun.  If you have nothing to hide you have no worries about acquiring a firearm.  Common sense should prevail and if bad people knew good people may be armed they may think twice before shooting up a mall, school, concert, or......  Cowards shoot unarmed people!!!!
